Can I change my shipping address or order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help update the address, items, or quantity. Once an order enters processing/shipping, changes may not be possible. Please contact us ASAP with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we can try to cancel it. If it has shipped, cancellation isn’t available—please follow our return policy after delivery.

How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1-2 business days] (may take longer during peak season or promotions).
How long does delivery take?
Once we have shipped your package, we cannot be liable for transit times, weather-related delays, or service interruptions. Depending on the shipping method you select, your order may take anywhere from 2-12 business days to arrive (within the United States). Shipping to International destinations varies widely.
Please note that we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination - especially during peak shipping periods.
How do I track my package?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link/number. You can also check status on our “Track Order” page using your order number and email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping (if available) depends on your destination and order value. The exact shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
Balloon Garland Kits
How long is the balloon garland? What space does it cover?
Garland length is listed on the product page. It works well for dessert-table backdrops, doorways, and photo walls. For large backdrops, consider a longer size or combining two kits.
Do I need extra tools like a pump or glue dots?
Many kits include a balloon decorating strip and glue dots (see the “What’s Included” list). A hand pump or electric pump is strongly recommended for faster setup; whether it’s included depends on the product.
How long does it take to assemble? Is it beginner-friendly?
Most beginners can assemble in 45–90 minutes, depending on size and experience. Tip: Inflate balloons in batches by color/size, build the base first, then fill gaps with smaller balloons.
Can I inflate balloons days in advance?
Latex balloons are best inflated within 0–24 hours of the event. Foil balloons generally last longer. Results vary with environment and balloon quality.
